Canberra B-57A/RB-57A pack repaints for FS9/FS2004

Canberra RB-57A repaint 5642

This repaint represents Canberra RB-57A, 5642 of 4th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, the Republic of China Air Force, Tauyuan AB, Taiwan, late 1957. Shot down by a pair of PLAAF J-5As near Shandong, China in February 1958. The pilot Capt. Guang-Huia Chao was killed. This aircraft was previously USAF 52-1431, serving with the USAF 4925th Test Group, at Kirtland AFB, NM. It was transferred to the Republic of China Air Force in September 1957.

Canberra RB-57A repaint 52-1433

This repaint represents Canberra RB-57A, 52-1433 of the 154th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, Arkansas Air National Guard, Little Rock AFB, Arkansas, USA, 1958. Converted to RB-57F in 1967, and later to WB-57F and used by the 58th Weather Recon Squadron, at Kirtland AFB, NM. In 1974 she was sent to the AMARC bone yard.

This repaint represents Canberra RB-57A, 52-1459 of the 30th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, 66th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, USAFE, Sembach AB, Germany, 1957. This aircraft was withdrawn from frontline service in 1957 and allocated to the Air National Guard.

This repaint represents Canberra RB-57A, 52-1456 of the 30th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, 66th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, USAFE, Sembach AB, Germany, early 1955. This aircraft was withdrawn from frontline service in 1957 and allocated to the Air National Guard. It is currently on display at Selfridge Miliary Air Museum, in Battle Creek, Michigan, USA.
